Register a trademark
Foreign national brand:
For countries that are not members of the Madrid Agreement or Protocol, national trademarks must be filed through our local correspondents.
It is not possible to provide an automated quote as costs and procedures are constantly changing.
For some countries, it is necessary to notarize the signature on the power of attorney, legalize the document at the Public Prosecutor's Office, and then legalize it at the Consulate.
The cost of these procedures is not included in the estimates.
Depending on the number of national trademarks to be filed, we try to accommodate the customer as much as possible with a progressive discount in relation to the number of trademarks to be registered.
The cost/performance ratio remains focused on a high level of quality of service.
Post-deposit offices often send communications and requests that require an appropriate response.
These potential costs and the costs of pursuing any legal action are not included in the filing fees.
